All SKM Islamic Financing for repeat customers with good payback history based on the criteria set in Operation Manual (maximum three payments due) will be Topped up. Topping-up Financing will be lighter & Shorter ONLY reconfirmation of Business Existence
WA is Shariah-Financing that is funded by third party through SKM to the already identified customers (RIGA or SIGA business) by the funder while SKM act as a Wakil/Agent and administer the financing agreement under Shariah-Financing (all types of Sharia-Financing Products) between them.
Emergency Situation (Consumption, Medical, Debt payments…etc). This financing is Free-of-Cost to the customers while SKM will cover its operating cost from donor (Individual or Organization) based standard cost for other financing products
IJA a Shariah-Financing which is used to purchase assets (Car, Machine…etc) that generates income, and the asset is leased to the customer while the ownership remains with SKM until the Ijara amount and cost is completely repaid.
